Handcrafted

 

Each piece is fabricated completely by hand using a variety of techniques from traditional silversmithing to hand sculpted pavè settings. Many pieces are one of a kind. When other techniques or tools are used it will be noted in the item description. Marks of imperfection should be expected & celebrated.

 

Metals

 

I mainly work with Sterling Silver and 14K Gold Fill. Solid 14K Gold is usually reserved for custom work. Gold Fill has a brass core with a thick outer layer of gold which does NOT flake, fade or wear off like plated metal. When possible, I use recycled metals when available and save all scrap to continue the recycling process. Nothing in metalsmithing/silversmithing goes to waste.

 

Gemstones

 

Sourcing ethical and/or mined in the US gemstones is a priority when feasible. Gemstone origins will be described in the listings when possible.

Packaging

 

I use/reuse packaging made from recycled materials/post consumer and industrial content as much as possible.

 

Shipping

 

Orders are shipped through the USPS with optional insurance, and customer’s choice of Ground Advantage or Priority shipping. If your order is over $100, I automatically add and cover insurance for your package. Made to order item should be expected to ship 4-8 weeks from date of purchase, or as noted in the description. Ready to ship items may take 1-5 days to ship.

Returns & Exchanges

 

A ready to ship item (already made, not made to order) may be returned for store credit within 7 business days of delivery with a few conditions:

-Buyer must email loveartstyle@gmail.com with notification of return, the reason why and a tracking number for the return shipment.

-Buyer must pay return shipping & include a prepaid shipping label addressed to themselves for their future exchange order.

-All items must be in original condition, unused, unworn and undamaged with all packaging intact.

*Made to order & custom sales are final. Made to order items and custom items are non-returnable/exchangeable

*All discounted/SALE/clearance items are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

 

Refunds

 

If you are unhappy with an item please see returns & exchanges above.

Ready to Ship items may be returned for an exchange only. In essence refunds are not given. I am truly a micro business. Giving a refund, even very soon after purchase date is not feasible. To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase I do my best to take pictures with correct lighting and color with accurate listing descriptions. Please read full item description, and make sure to view all photos.

Customs are considered to be a new piece that I will design and create for you. Repairs on jewelry that is not mine will not be accepted.

FAQs

 

What if I break a stone or some part of my jewelry?

Accidents happens. Depending on the piece/materials a stone can be replaced or a piece can be repaired. Repairs may incur a fee. Please email loveartstyle@gmail.com for discuss repair work.
* I do not accept repair work for pieces that I did not create.

What if I order a custom piece then change my mind?

Customs orders over $50 require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. This deposit allows me to secure the material needed and begin custom work. Custom deposits are non-refundable.

Can you repair a piece of jewelry that I already own?

If it is not my work, then no. I do not do repair work on jewelry that is not mine.

How long does it take for made to order or a custom piece?

Depending on the piece, anywhere between 4 weeks - 6 months. Quality takes time.

are your custom orders closed?

I may not always except a custom request, especially if it is a technique that I am not familiar with or if it is just not my style. I am a single person designing, creating, shipping and marketing my art. Sometimes I like to focus on a new technique or skill so my customs orders may be closed for a time.

Do you make or design men’s jewelry?

I create jewelry for anyone who wants to wear it. My designs are not created with a specific gender in mind. Jewelry is very personal, I believe jewelry should be chosen by what calls to you in regards to style, quality & aesthetic ….not gender.

We do not process consumer's sensitive personal information.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification.
