All metals whether precious, semi precious or economic grade are subject to tarnish and should be cleaned and polished regularly. How often your piece requires cleaning and polishing is subject to many factors including (but not limited to) humidity, temperature and skin acidity. All orders include an anti-tarnish pouch, anti-tarnish paper, polishing cloth, and jewelry care card that states:

-POLISH before and after each wear.

- STORE JEWELRY SAFELY in anti-tarnish pouch with ant-tarnish paper when not worn.

-AVOID CONTACT WITH MOISTURE, lotions, perfumes and other chemicals. Remove jewelry when bathing, swimming or sweating. Many gemstones are porous, can absorb moisture and lose their shine or weaken.

Darkened/Oxidized Silver
